Master in Hotel Management & Digital Tourism – Objectives

The Master in Hotel Management & Digital Tourism, sponsored by Federalberghi Toscana, is a one-year specialisation program that aims to provide professionals with the necessary knowledge and tools to work in the hospitality industry.

Based on the assumption that the professional workplace behaviour is one of the main strategic factors that determines the success and competitiveness of a hotel, the course objective is to enable participants to improve their soft skills such as teamworking, public speaking, problem solving and to improve their professional business image. On the other hand, the program aims to provide, through a practical approach, technical skills and management competency demanded by the hospitality industry. The teaching methodology is characterized by an interdisciplinary approach and it is strictly connected with the needs of tourism businesses.

The courses are in Italian. Some of the modules are held in English.
