Master in Hotel Crisis Management

The Master in Hotel Crisis Management, sponsored by Federalberghi Toscana, is a one-year specialisation program that aims to provide professionals with the necessary knowledge and tools to work in the hotel industry during this critical moment in which the hospitality sector is undergoing significant changes post Covid-19 pandemic.

On the basis of the Guidelines to Restart Tourism, the course objective is to provide, through a practical approach, technical skills and management competencies, analysing and experiment new actions in the area of hospitality, communication and marketing, web analysis, revenue management and cost control.

Through a study and an in-depth technical analysis of the ongoing changes in the hospitality sector, participants will improve soft skills, such as problem-solving and creative thinking, more intangible and non-technical abilities that allow them to communicate effectively, collaborate, and successfully manage conflict.
