Plan of Study

The Master in Hotel Crisis Management is a part-time program, that starts in November 5 2020, with lessons on Thursday and Friday.

The course includes 230 hours organized as follow:

The program is divided in 5 areas of specialized knowledge and training:

Change and risk management (30 hours)

  • The impact of change on the tourism sector
  • Issues, Challenges, and Trends in the hotel sector (Guest relation, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping)

Hotel Analysis (48 hours)

  • Web Analytics & Neuromarketing
  • Web Reputation
  • Customer Satisfaction

Hotel Guest Relation (48 hours)

  • Communication and empathy
  • Internationalization of hospitality approach
  • Hotel Business Etiquette
  • VIP service in hospitality industry
  • Transition from the tourist to the travelACTOR

Marketing (52 hours)

  • Web marketing
  • Social media marketing
  • Advertising & Local Strategy

Hotel Revenue Management & Cost Control (52 hours)

  • Budgeting and Cost control
  • Hotel revenue management strategies
  • Technological systems and hotel distribution channels

The Master also includes:

  • 6 hours of Career Development seminars
  • 400 hours of internship in Italy and abroad
  • A consulting project for a business client.

Attendance is compulsory (min. required 70%). The lessons are in Italian.
